In
the background behind this plaque you can see the Bear Valley Dam. The previous
clue directed players to the southwest corner.
At
that corner of the dam is a fence and a well worn path
to concrete stairs.
Heading
down the stairs brings you to this concrete structure. The next
clue was located on the other side of the building.
